Tasting Good

The New York Spirit Awards competition starts in about ten days - so here's my take on the best way for anyone to get started tasting spirits - vodkas, whiskies, rums, tequilas, everything - like a professional.

  1. I have a question - if you were having beaver tail for dinner, what would you serve with it? Mashed potatoes? Rice pilaf? A nice salad?

    How about the drinks? Cocktails or wine ... or would you guzzle cheap beer? Hard cider?
